About Paul Brewer

Introductions

Hi, my name is Paul Brewer. I am the founder of Everest Spirit Life Coaching and I offer mountaineering lessons from a Western Sherpa.

The Everest Spirit’s singular goal is to return you to a state of inner peace, flow and zen that you once knew as a child. The Everest Spirit’s purest interpretation and reflection is the development and realization of deep love of self and love of others, it is manifesting an inner and outer attitude of non-judgement, empathy and compassion. In order to summit the physical Mt. Everest one must truly know one’s self and the depth of one’s personal power. Marianne Williamson wrote in A Return to Love: “it is not our darkness we are most afraid of, it is our light.” At The Everest Spirit, we explore the darkness of shadow work to reveal your light in order to summit your inner Mt. Everest and make your dreams and goals a reality.

My personal goal and intention is to create strong rapport, trust and foster the manifestation of a safe, secure space in the comfort of my healing studio, Everest Spirit Base Camp. During which time I will become your empathetic witness, mirroring your thoughts and emotions back to you in a kind, loving, compassionate way. Together, we will form a dynamic team to maximize your innate, intuitive ability to know when to push for the next camp, to acclimatize or push hard to summit your inner Everest. I will teach you the tools and techniques needed to weather a bad storm, assimilate your dark night of the soul and how to navigate soul threatening crevices and technical phases of the journey. These tools and techniques will forever be at your disposal to wield when faced with future challenges and trials along your hero/heroine’s journey of self-realization and awakening.

The Everest Spirit works with both women and men. The healing focus is on 4 domains: mental, spiritual, emotional and social health; providing a holistic, intuitive approach to personal wellness and personal power.

“The journey of 10,000 miles begins with a single step.” Loa Tzu – Tao Te Ching
